This program is a Security Deposit waiver related to physical damages caused to the building by the resident. This program covers physical damage caused by the resident and/or their guests inside the unit up to one (1) month’s rent. The apartment homes come pre-wired with fiber optic service. This internet package offers 1 Gbps. This is a required package. You may upgrade the package at your own expense.

You have 72 hours from the time of an approved application to cancel their application and have the administrative fee refunded. If applicant(s) have not canceled their application within 72 hours of approval, the administrative fee is non-refundable.
