This program covers physical damage caused by the resident and/or their guests inside the unit up to one (1) month’s rent. You have 72 hours from the time of an approved application to cancel their application and have the administrative fee refunded. If applicant(s) have not canceled their application within 72 hours of approval, the administrative fee is non-refundable.
